Would you exercise through pain?

A study published in February, 2006 said that fibromyalgia patients were encouraged to exercise - in their pain. "After 3 months, benefits consisting of increased muscle performances associated with a reduction of pain and an improvement of quality of life were documented."

I think that must have been worth it!

So what are you doing? Even through your pain you can gain from simple consistent exercise (like walking one hour each day.) Just do it! It pays healthy dividends.
