Zero Cholesterol Protein
Here's my zero cholesterol protein dish. It's steaming. It's delicious. It's healthy, and...It's done. I had it all for dinner, with brown rice. It was good. I cannot afford to increase my total cholesterol level. This anti-diabetes diet helps me keep it in the desirable or normal range every time.

You cannot increase (make worse) your total cholesterol level from having a plant-based diet. I really believe this is the way we humans were created to eat.
