FIR Sauna - burn fat the lazy way

This weight loss thing is a lot of work, or else, it can be a big risk to take. But thermal research therapy (with the far infrared sauna) is actually a great aid to weight loss.

The best way to control body weight is through diet and exercise (actually, a lifestyle change - a real habit makeover, if you please.) But this takes a lot of work and good discipline - the lack of which got most of us tipping the scales so far in the first place, anyway.

Then there are the weight loss pills, and those starvation diets, and surgery! Those are risky deals. Usually faster, but with possible serious side effects.

According to recent research reports on infrared thermal therapy interventions, the vasodilation effect of far infrared radiation (FIR) simulates the effect of aerobic activity on the internal organs without the effort of physical action.

I suppose that if you are extremely overweight, this might be the best weight loss method if you don't want to damage your joints in jogging or your internal organs from drugs.

There is real health relief in an infrared sauna. We can actually burn fat the lazy way - without health risks. In fact, as I see it, the benefits stack up quite high.
